heavy pressing movements > all for anterior
but you can definitely supplement with front raises as well

I'd say something in this order:
flat bench > incline bench > free weight military press > smith machine military press > front raisesBJJ Crew

How bout' you allow me for more than 30 minutes to reply?
I personally believe that the anterior delts are hit better indirectly through heavy bench or incline pressing than they are directly through military pressing.
#1 - You should be able to bench more than you military press or OH press. In theory, you're putting more strain on your anterior delts by benching.
That's the principle that makes the most sense to me. I don't know about everyone else and what might work for me might not work for the rest of you but my shoulders are always much more sore after a chest workout than a shoulder workout.
Here's a guy that believes in the same method that I do and he advocates heavy bench pressing over heavy compound shoulder movements or isolation movements.

And let's not pronounce someone wrong because they disagree with you. Unless you have some sort of scientific studies through evidence to back you up, you're ignorant.BJJ Crew

my delts are never sore after my chest days.
my answer to your question is youre probably not going heavy enough on shoulder day. up the weight
if your shoulders can get sore from your chest day, but cant from your shoulder day... youre not doing it right
edit*** lol that too, av. i was just assuming he was

actually i wouldnt say im benching incorrectly, i arch my back, pin my shoulder blades together, wide grip, very chest targetted. my chest is blowen after my workout, it just so happens that the bench press is a chest, shoulder and tricep workout.
mmm i do have heavy shoulder days, millitary pressing 80kg for like 3-5 reps, high sets etc.

I dont see any scientific studies that youve provided. I see a guy who has massive shoulders who says since he benches 405+ & dips 358+ it hits his anterior delts really well...
Then i look at his actual shoulder routine and its filled with 3 military presses. Why do military presses if he believes that his bench/dips = best for anterior delts? Why not just do more benching and more dips?
Because military pressing is the best shoulder exercise.
How are you putting more strain on your anterior delts by benching? Wouldnt that be relative to how much you bench vs MP? I dont see how bench pressing which involves mainly your delts, triceps & chest would put MORE strain on your anterior delts when compared to MPing which is mainly delts & triceps....
Sorry, but id still have to disagree with you. Everything youre saying is backwards. Good luck getting your boulder shoulders by benching
