From Super Trainer his stats:

Me, for one. He's a strength athlete, a sports scientist, and a bodybuilder and his overall philosophy applies very well to what most of us want to achieve in bodybuilding. We should consider looking closer at something before we dismiss it, as it may turn out to be more valuable than we might have thought.

great post and I agree totally. we are here to talk about pro bbing but most of us here want to get bigger and better. And Stan offers a great perspective as this man is VERY smart and educated. We are living in a world of Bob Chicks (no offense) where lighter is better and "live by the pump" etc. etc. etc.
Stan offers a different perspective. He has been training with Flex and states he has been training more like a bodybuilder but still goes VERY heavy on certain things. There is a big, well starting to be big push to get back to old school training, heavy, hard, get strong, get big. Instead of the new age "don't lift heavy just look like you do" attitude.

I totally agree and you do have to find the happy medium. Some will read my post and others and think you should just throw around heavy weight regardless of if you feel it or not in the muscle. Obvously you don't want that.
but look at the bodybuilders who try to ge stronger and in general lift "heavy" they look so much better in general.

lol damn if i saw her in the gym i would be grunting loudly too....
if she was doing squats i would not be able to work out...
luckily women barely ever make their way into the weights room, i would never get anything done. or start to day dream inbetween sets looking at tits and azzI wish it lasted, forever.

haha yea that reminds me, a buddy of mine was doing incline bench with a BB when this pretty cute blonde walks in. so of course every guy in the gym stops what theyre doing and runs over to the freeweights to start doing biceps or chest. well my friend was just staring at this chick as hes unloading the weights and grabs the 2nd 45 instead of the 1st (we were at 225) and as he pulled it off, the first one fell off the bar, landed on his foot and broke his toe haha.

who cares about a lean IFBB squatting 820 in knee wraps? My guess would be alot, alot of ****ing people care.
GTFO please. I am so fukking sick of these homos that only want to hear about pros and their mind muscle connection with 5 lb reverse wrist curls. And its always the weak ass people that make these gay remarks too... compensating much?
AGHRRRRR THIS IS THE IFBB FORUM, NOT THE IFBB PROS WHO DO OTHER THINGS THEN STRICTLY BODYBUILDING FORUM AGHRRRRLast edited by Newbtime; 08-19-2009 at 09:41 AM.
