What got me reading this site was your 12 week transformation god knows how many years ago! Typical when businesses get big or people get famous. They forget about everyone else.

I still dont get why you can't be under contract for both places. I mean bb.com sells BSN stuff and they are always both sponsors at all the shows you are at. Did bb.com "cut" you? and then BSN signed you?

I still have a signed picture of Bob hanging up in my home gym, which he gave to my youngest son , free, one of the several times we met and talked with Bob at all the various shows.

I have always found Bob to be a warm and friendly ambassador of the sport, a positive image in what is still a relatively small circle that, unfortunately, sometimes is accompanied by negative press.

Bob is still one gigantic mofo and was always willing to discuss anything about training....

Since I know you will stay active in your profession, this is certainly not goodbye, just, "see you somewhere else!" ....lol....
