Not every day, but maybe on workout days? Instead of eating nuts, etc. 2 caps, 3 times daily I'd imagine?

they can definitely be a GOOD source of fat during the day, and a source of the good fats too.. try flax oil, too. but you've gotta take in more than that.. fish, nuts, PB/any sorta nut butters, olive oil in cooking.. but just the fish oil pills.. not enough, unless your taking a bottle a day!
