Ok here's my predicament, I am currently training to compete in Judo tournaments. I am a big guy 285 and I want to increase my strength as much as possible in a month because I have a tournament coming up. I am currently eating pretty healthy trying to lose some weight but I need to put on some more muscle also. I am taking creatine but what other supplements should I look into while on the creatine to help increase muscle and strength without putting anymore fat on me. I realize that this may be way too much of a open ended question but if anyone has any advice I would appreciate it.

Alright, call me naive but, what is the significance of liver tabs? I have a bottle of Liv52 I got awhile back when I was considering steroids, just to prep my liver for what to come. And I haven't used them since. Anyone clue me in on what the real significance is of them??

big man, never take your eyes off your opponent. Defeat him before the match even starts. Do hit training, warmup sets then one set to failure with one strip set . Do the one set to failure with a 2 or 3 up and down motion and then with the strip set do 5 or 6 up and down for 4-8 reps . This works great. Take glutamine for recovery. Ice and heat any injured part. Practice your kicks and punches in slow motion.
