    they are hardly ever allowed at the NPC, its not a big deal and keeps the backstage from becoming a zoo. I find it no issue at all, but again, its what Ive been used to for 10 years.

    Yes, I've experienced this and it used to be quite common. Do you need someone to put on your Dream Tan or something?

    There are some of us who go and travel to a show solo. This is also very common. Obviously, you must be totally prepared, but it's not unusual in the least.

    Most shows (natural shows) today allow a trainer if they pay for a pass. What show are you doing?

    It's no big deal. Only issue is making sure the tan looks ok everywhere. and someone to talk to LOL.

    Talk to the other competitors. It's a great time to make new friends and talk about all the funny stuff that happens during contest prep. It's fun to have so many like minded people in the same room. I have never had a trainer backstage with me, it's just me against the world at that point.

    This was the case with my last show as well and I was constantly switching between bodybuilder and fitness model ... outfits, tan change ... no help. You can do it, I have faith

    DanTheMan - what organization? NPC?

    My sister helps me with all of my prep - love her! Anyway, she helped me my last two shows which were NPC, and I didn't need to get her tickets for pre-judging or night show. I have a show coming up on May 1st, and I didn't get my sister any tickets because I didn't want to waste my money because she didn't need them last time when she was helping me backstage.

    What do you guys think?

    U must be doing the Pittsburgh then like I am? It's no big deal (the trainer thing)...I think it just came as a shock lol
