    incline

    no matter how much i do incline my upper chest never gets bigger...any ideas?
    i used dumbells and the smith machine but still no luck..

    Many.U could be doing it wrong,u could be underdoing it,u could be not eating or resting enough...I could go on..At least post some detail about what,how long you are doing.The whole split,lifting experiance and chest routine would be nice.

    when i first started i was doing chest/tris
    for chest i did incline dbs and flat bench
    then i started to do chest/back and did incline dbs/smith machine/chest press machine
    now i do chest/abs and do incline dbs/incline chest press machine

    Any reason u dont do incline BB?
    You might wanna try starting your chest training with incline movements.
    Both BB or DB are good choices.You can also do flat bench,maybe dips or some sort of flies.
    Make a chest routine that prioritazes upper chest.At your age you should see gains even
    doing chest twice a weak.Oh,and be very patient,nothing happens over night.
