Maybe here Ill have better luck.
---
This week is the 1 year mark from when I first started working out in April 09.
Tried to watch diet and exercises properly as best as I could and I think I did pretty good and im happy with the results.
BEFORE
-----------------------
NOW
-----------------------
My weight was 143lbs when I started, and now its 154-155.
Abs are pretty close to showing. When flexing in decent lighting, 4 will show.
No pics of legs. I train them, and they grew, but didnt have before pics and they dont look anything special right now. Parts I know are lacking are traps, lats and legs.
And yea, the time stamp on the now pictures are messed up.
LIFTS
-----------------------
Bench:
Was: 135-140 (on my bodyspace its wrong. it shows 160, but that was on smith lol) Now: 190-195 (weak bench. rarely goes up)
Squat:
Was: 135x5 (same thing as above. bodyspace wrong. did 1 inch squats b4) Now:: 230x5 (weak legs are weak)
Deadlift:
Was: 190 (didnt start deadlifting till 6 months ago) Now: 250
All other lifts also went up a lot.
How I do? BF estimate?

pretty good progress, only the 2nd now pic looked good though, no hate. All your lifts went up good except DL, i started the same as you and i got where you are now in 2 months. Might be good genetics or something, but that didnt really go up much. Squat went up a ton assuming you go parllel or atg. Same probelm with bench, hard to get up. overall gjdm

should have gained more weight.
Your lifts after 1 year were almost exactly the same as mine except I started weaker, my bench progressed less than yours and my dead was higher but I had done it for more time, (think I went from 180-350 in 9 months)
other than that its pretty good progress, don't say that your squat is weak because its maybe your best lift, if anything it's your dead that is weakest
I'm guessing your bf% is somewhere around 13-14% just because you can't really see your abs

Yeah, I kinda didnt bulk right. I always assumed I was eating a lot until a couple months back I started actually recording cals and all, and I realized I was only getting like 2600-2800 cals and I was considering that a bulk at the time.
I work on my shoulders a lot. I already do all those raises.
My split changed a lot throughout the year.
Thanks for the comment!
Thanks.
Im happy with it. I know my bench is weak. I had also joined the wrestling team this year and my bench had dropped by 15lbs by the time I was done with it when I had to lose dramatic weight so I had to get that back up. But no excuses.
Thanks for the comment.Last edited by Mark2K8; 04-18-2010 at 03:33 PM.

Theres not much difference. I bent back because I was bloated from a big cheat meal and there was no definition standing straight. Ill take one tomorrow in a normal position.
Up until a couple months ago I was never able to see a single definition of an ab in good lighting or leaning back.♪♫VQ35♫♪
