is it better to workout everyday or every other day?

I am going back to the gym in 2 weeks and i want to know if i should workout everday or every other day. Before i temporarily stopped i was only working out for 2 - 3 months so i still consider myself a beginner.

Really depends on your routine. If you are still a begginer then do rippetoes starting strength. Hope this helped.

Man, if you eat proper and drink 4-6 litres of water, you should be able to workout 6/7 days in the week if you have a solid exercise schedule set out. Thats how I started and I made lots of gains quickly

I workout every other day but sometimes do chest day without a day off. I don't think I could handle doing heavy compounds more than 4 times a week.

This. Dont listen to these guys telling your to train 6-7 days a week. You will not make any solid gains
