What do you mean exactly by "similar" to muscle milk?

Do you want fats and carbs added to your protein?

Do you want it to be primarily casein based?

Do you want it to taste good?

There are many things that make muscle milk a bit different than most proteins, so you have to be more specific what you're looking for.

Syntha-6 is a direct competitor for sure though. But in many ways Myofusion among several others would be similar as well.

Also, MM can be had very cheaply if you just look around for clearance sales locally.

i was gonna say myofusion as well, but the best replacement for muscle milk, maybe even better, is Dymatize Elite Gourmet Protein, you can't argue 5lbs for only 29.99
