    most water weight gained?

    hey just curious as to how much water weight ppl gain when they have a blow out?? i can gain up to 2kg of water weight if i blow out for a few days....is this normal?? just wondering wat happens to others when they r tryin to lose weight then blow out! xox STephy

    I had 12 pounds of water weight after eating at Mikata, a Japanese, Shogun restaurant type place. It took a week to get back to my weight pre-Mikata and another week to see another loss. I love Chinese food, but it's off my cheat meal list for a while.

    5 lbs recently after a night out at an Indian restaurant. It's so frustrating to spend 6 weeks losing weight & then see almost all of it "come back" in 1 day. Even though it's not fat, the bloat is enough to make me

    Usually a good 4-6 lbs. To lose it, cut back on a few carbs, increase your water and it'll be done within a couple days.

    I have gone up six lbs before, it goes a way like Kimm said with lower carb and more water. Sometimes it takes up to a week though.
    If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

    I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

    USUALLY only 3-5pounds that disappears within 3-4 days. BUT this part wkend I had an embarrassingly sized "cheat meal" that ended with me blowing up a good 7-8 pounds probably, getting super squishy all over and it's day 3 afterward and I'm still holding a bit extra even after cutting some carbs and upping cardio

    Haha yes... I have seen 6lbs as well!! BUT... back on the diet plan + lots of water for a couple days and it's gone pretty quickly.

    7 lbs but that usually takes more than one day of cheating. One day of cheating will usually equal 4-5 lbs of water weight for me, one huge pigging out meal will usually equal an extra 2-3 lbs.

    2-3 lbs will take me 2-3 days to get rid of and so on.

    I've gained 10 lbs of water weight in 2 days, which is a lot for my size. My body is hyper sensitive to sodium. Makes it very difficult to stay lean. You can forget about eating out. I can lose 3 lbs of water from doing cardio if I wear a sauna suit.

    I went camping for 7 days last week. Over ate progressively more over the week without my food scales & fitday, and took a planned rest from exercise.

    Came back a bloated 15lbs heavier! Firmly back on the wagon from Monday - today is thursday and 10lbs of it is already gone. Legs are still holding onto a bit of water. I would expect to drop the rest of it over the next few days...

    Camping is the worst for me to. Went two weekends in a row with hubby & kids. Not enough activity for me and the food is processed junk, not to mention the full flavored beer. I gained 5lbs of water so sayeth the scale on Tuesday...should be all gone by tomorrow or Monday. Depending on how well I do over the weekend

    Does anyone here manage to go camping and still eat normal?

    Yeah...just got back from a 3 night cruise to the Bahamas (SO nice!) on Tuesday, came back 5lbs heavier! Kind of surprised it wasn't more! I did try and keep up with drinking a lot of water. Anyway, 2lbs are off...the rest should be gone soon.

    Normally its usually 2-5 pounds for me; the most I've gained after a giant cheat meal was 9 pounds. It usually takes a good 3-4 days for it to go away completely. Lots and Lots of water!
