should i cut my serious mass servings in half? so 32 servings per 12 lb bag, or should i take it every second day and use the full serving?

Of course everyone's body is different, but I take 1 scoop of serious mass, 1 scoop ON whey, 1 scoop ON casein post workout and recovery is much quicker than before. I tried taking the full 2 scoops and it won't mix in my shaker bottle, plus it is extremely thick. 1 serving (2 scoops) is 1250 calories, where as 1 scoop and the other protein I add will be 875 calories total, add milk and were talkin' almost 1000 calories and a better profile for post workout recovery IMO.Proccor Head Rep.

Take a 1/2 serving with milk right upon waking, 1/2 serving right after your workout, or 1/2 serving right before bed.
all 3 of those times are ideal, doing just 2 of those times is great but If your tryin to gain some size quick, I'd say do all 3 of those 1/2 servings a day-morning,postworkout, and before bed.Supplements formulated with integrity > shady labeling/marketing
