    6'4 and 210lbs at 15, why do you need to get that much bigger at your age. just train hard an eat more.
    people ask me how to train, and i answer "i look at what you do and then i do the exact oposite"


    if your family was captured and you were told you needed to put 100 pounds onto your max squat within two months or your family would be executed, would you squat once per week? Something tells me that you'd start squatting every day

    who invented this golden rule that if you over 1lb per week you'll get fat? bull****. a guy who trains for 4 years will not gain as much mass as a guy who trained for 2 weeks. why limit your self?

    Yes there is a difference in what somebody will gain based on the experience ... but over 1lb per week consists of way more fat than you can deal with .... that is why people get fat. A couple weeks of 2lb or so will not kill you correct but if you go 1/3 of a year you might get a little more than you actually want .... depends on how low the bodyfat is also. If you are at 8% bf you can deal with more than somebody who is currently at 20%.

    Under completely optimal training parameters 1lb/week (more like .8lb/week) of solid muscle is the best the average athlete can hope for, so gaining any more weight will either be water or fat.
