Is the difference on muscle building between
eating 5 meals with 40 protein every 3 hours and
eating 2 meals during 6 hours (18 hours fast) more than 10 % ?
Yes or No ? (guess)
(The reason I am asking is, because I believe itīs less than 10% and eating 2 meals is more comfortable for me)

How about something in the middle? 3 meals for example, or 4.
