but they get canceled about by the fact that
- you yelled at a 14 year old for being young when your 15
-you're trying to grow your e-penis, a better post would have been "am I doing BB rows correct? form check"
-you still need to drop the weight, as others have said. even if your doing yates rows.
-you comparing your form to his is lol worthy.
-your stats in your sig are lol worthy also. put your bench, squat, deadlift, oly lifts. no one cares what you can lift regardless, but if your going to put something in there don't put leg press.

soon as u picked up the weight u stumbled, just drop the weight, yeah u estated. u claimed 230lb bent over rows and did not deliver any such thing. please edit ur sig. thanks for your time and coperation.

that guy is doing a static hold at every rep and hes brging it up beautiful with ****ing perfect form
ur sloppily using momentum that u dont even have to lift some light ****ing weight.
ur not working anything

How much do you squat? I leg press the same. I dumbell press the same. not sure of your other stats, but i would love to compare them.

just because hes ur gym teacher doesnt make him a legit strength coach cuz hes adumb **** if he says ur doing it right
a yate row is a hard ass excercise and i do it every back workout but i never look like you rofl
