    but they get canceled about by the fact that
    - you yelled at a 14 year old for being young when your 15
    -you're trying to grow your e-penis, a better post would have been "am I doing BB rows correct? form check"
    -you still need to drop the weight, as others have said. even if your doing yates rows.
    -you comparing your form to his is lol worthy.
    -your stats in your sig are lol worthy also. put your bench, squat, deadlift, oly lifts. no one cares what you can lift regardless, but if your going to put something in there don't put leg press.

    i realize now theyre not bent over rows, so you can stop at any point. I thought they were until now and i realize theyre yate's rows. still, you can **** off.

    youre stats arent the same, considering your 1RM is 325 on deadlift and my 6RM is 335.

    my 1rm on deadlifts would be over 365, so thats atleast 40 lbs higher, with a 20 lb weight difference.

    i don't do barbell back squats as i have an issue with both tendons under my knee's, so i do barbell front squats or hack squats in place of them
