I've been having no more than 50g of protein in my lunch/dinner meals because I heard that the body can't really use more than that every few hours, the problem is my schedule is really busy and I can barely eat breakfast/lunch/dinner, so I'm not sure if it's a good idea to stuff more protein in these meals. So my question is, if I take say, 70g or so of protein in one meal will it go to waste? I even stopped counting protein over the 50 cap per meal in my daily protein intake. :/
I'm 5'4 and weigh around 134lbs (I know, skinny :/).

It's hard to say man. It's one of those things that HIGHLY variable. It depends on your individual body, as well as your bodies need for AA's at any given time. You may be able to utilize more at one time that you can at another.
Does that make sense? I wouldn't worry about it, but stick to say.. less than 60g per meal.
How much protein are you trying to get in a day? It sounds like you are getting a lot. Maybe cut back on it to make it easier for you. You're only 134.. you don't need that much. Actually, around 130g.
Also, you're not THAT skinny. I'm 5'3 and only 131 and people are telling me I'm getting too big. LULZ. I'm far from too big, but also far from skinny. I'm sure you are the same.

I've been consuming around 130g/day, maybe a little less sometimes. but I just find myself being nearly capped with chicken/meat sometimes so I drink juice instead of milk or yogurt (always afraid to waste protein I can use in a few more hours xD), I was just looking for an easy way out I guess lol, I often don't like cooking twice a day hence why I was wondering if there was any point to capping my intake per meal. :x
