Just yesterday, I decided to go on a low cal diet. 1800 workout days 1500 non workout. Today was a workout day >=D
I ate in the morning like 2 strawberries
snack: a bag of strawberries (like 5-7)
a bag of wallnuts (alot of them and i hate walnuts)
Here comes the bad part
no lunch,
dinner: barbequed fish on an open fire, i had just now 2 pieces, probably what amounts to a can of pepsi, I ate cottage cheese earlier just a little and osme yogurt again a little *few tbsps*, and potatoe slices also barbequed i put butter on it yeah.. lol
do you think this was bad? To me this was a cheat day. It was a barbeque and I cant tell my parents im not going to eat. I can but id rather eat LOL.
i also went to the gy mtoday for about 2 hours. I walked to and from the gym which is a long distance. I did cardio and isolation and ab work.
