Funny how he looks awsome until you put a truly big bodybuilder like cutler next to him and then he just disappears..........He looks like he has always looked, Big arms and not much more.....................IMHO

hahaha I swear, Phil is the only guy in this sport that just truly stuns me and leaves me in awe. He's still a kid pretty much and he's out muscling guys with 10+ years on him. And the sheer progress he makes with his offseasons is just stupid. Phil and Jay are the only 2 right now that make visible amounts of improvements.

I do agree with you that Phil and Jay seem to be the only guys in the top 10 you have made huge inprovements in the last few years.......Maybe throw branch in that mix also.......

Phil is the oppposite in bodybuilding to Branch, Phil looks better stood by him self whilst branch destroys others when he stands next to them. Phils quads are destroyed by branches. Phils hams hold their own.

Must admit phil looks good in these pics, forarms are unmatched at the moment. He needs to keep adding mass to fend off the heavy weights - Cutler, Branch Kai Wolf.

Wow! i always knew Phil had gunz....but his arms are looking better and better.. almost up there with Colemans and JD dawudo's for freaky size,hardness and fullness.
