I've always heard that vanilla ice cream in moderation is "okay" for a 15-1600 calorie diet. I'm doing P90X 5 days a week while running 1 1/2 miles 2-3 times a week. Now, how much is too much ice cream? Is a soft serve ice cream cone too much?

If I might add, Before you embark on such a rash diet. You should consider that if let say your maintenance is 2500 cals and you strive to consume only 1500 two things are gonna happen, a portion will come from fat, another will come from muscle, and your stomach will slow down your metabolism considerably, making muscle growth and even fat loss difficult.
