    Back/ Bi Workout, Need Feedback

    Been slacking the past few weeks and I need to hit the weights hard again... reps for good feedback


    Alt Hammer Curl.......................5 each arm x5
    7.7.7........................................21 x3
    Deadlift....................................5x 5
    Bent Over Long Bar Row..........5x 5
    Cable Hammer Curl..................5x 5
    Chin up....................................5x 5
    Lat Pull down...........................5x 5
    Seated Cable Row...................5x 5

    this exactly, id do bis in at the end

    EDIT: **** load of movements, do you really need all that, and on 5x5, 5x5 is for strength. Why you usin it for isos?
    try this
    Deadlift 5x5
    Bent over row 3x6
    Pull-ups 3xfailure
    Seated Cable row 3x8
    Db curls 3x8
    preacher or hammer curls 3x8

    Sorry didnt specify, I was not putting those in any order. I like the 5x5 because I have better intensity in my workouts I think. Thanks for the response guys
