depends on how much oil you use. I think YOU can figure out the next step with a measuring spoon and the label on the side of the oil.

i dont know why you are doing this, you could just use a non stick pan, or just use pam. chicken is lean so it will soak up a bit of the olive oil. if you are cutting just add all those calories in, its better to overestimate

what i usually do is cook it with olive oil and get the healthy fats in.

If I cook it with olive oil ill just not have any carbs to make up for it.

and vise versa. If I cook it with 0 calorie oil then ill throw in some bread

If youre deep frying your chicken there is no way to tell how many cals are added. Typically what i do is pan fry my chicken with either a coating of pam or a very light skim coat of olive oil on the pan just to keep the chicken from sticking. It such a small amt of oil, I dont bother with it.

    that.

i think it would absorb more oil w/o the breading anyway. imo skip the fried chicken. throw it on the bbq, if u want the benifits of olive oil rub some on when its almost done cooking.

save ur fried chicken for a cheat and do it up right imo.

I thnk he just means putting it on a fryin pan on top of a stove. In which case, just pour a little bit of oil, move the pan to get it to coat the bottom of the pan, and then stick the chicken on and cook it.

You should also put a lid on it to try to cook it a bit faster. Barring this, just bake the chicken because it doesn't require as much hands on cooking.

Why this is necessary in my case

I see people questioning why anyone would want to use olive oil frying chicken. Don't know others reasoning but mine is due to dangerously high cholesterol and the need to change almost everything I love about eating.
