hi everybody i am 15 years old 162 lbs. i am fairly new to working out as you can tell in those pics haha. i know the best option is too cut but i am in baseball right now and i kinda want to bulk up first. if i bulk up first can i cut later??? the only supplements i take is whey protein. and if you have any questions feel free to ask

just eat very clean a bit over maintenance and you'll see good gains. don't worry about bulking or cutting, it's too early for you. you're just starting out so you'll put on lean muscle fairly easily. if you cut right now you'll just look anorexic and if you bulk you'll be fat.

DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats extreamly iimportant besides cardio.
Consume lots of protein and dont exactly count your calories but write out a meal plan ie:
2 scrambled eggs 2 peice toast
Snack 1 (fruit nuts berries sandwhich w.e)
Lunch 8oz steak talapia salmon chicken breast etc. + carbs (patatos, green beans, w.e)
Snack 2 Pre or Post W.O Whey (ISOPure is a good brand for cutting has no carbs in it and is low cal with same amount of protein as normal whey)
Dinner Any 8oz-12oz mean + carbs
