    Will i gain muscle like this?

    i'm having 3 shakes a day with 35g protein in, 4 pints of milk in 2 servings which is skimmed and has 32g protein and 400 calories a serving plus a chicken based meal with fruit and oats throughout the day i weigh 200lbs should i be having more? Also what could i have as i don't like eggs or fish

    If you're eating a surplus of calorie you'll gain weight (and if you're lifting right and eating enough protein it should be mostly lean body mass).

    Simple as that.

    Do the maths: 3*35 + 32*2 = 169g of prots + chicken meal (assuming that it is at least 30g of prot) so you get enough prots.

    You will gain muscle if you train hard in the gym eat enough (not only prots) and sleep well.

    Genetic, metabolism play a (big) role as well in muscle building.
