    Lactose Intolerant - Bulking

    Hey guys,

THis is primarily for the lactose intolerant people out there.

I've had relative success in my most recent bulking, gaining about 4 lbs in 3 weeks (my highest weight was 160, and i'm working back toward there). I'm currently at about 150.

I've hit a pretty solid wall though at this current weight. I just started creatine again and my lifts have been going up, so i know that's a start.

My main problem is my diet. My breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are all solid, but it's the in-between meals that i'm having problems with.

What do you lactose intolerant folks out there use to supplement your diet? I'm thinking for one meal i can have a peanut butter sandwich w/ a glass of lactose milk. How about the other two?

Also, what protein shakes do you all use? I have MHP up your mass, which i feel like i've gotten as much out of as i can. All i read is how great whey is also, which is not lactose free. I know that isopure stuff is out there, but it's VERY expensive.

I'm thinking about maybe taking a lactaid pill before taking a whey shake, but that seems like it can be a little hard on my digestive system...

    any ideas, people?

I just drink whey, they are all lactose free (and tolerable in water)

I think there are some lactose free protein shakes but they taste nasty without milk.

Its expensive but you can always buy Lactaid (lactose free milk)

whey is lactose free???? no way... it says 'contains milk ingredients' on the packages...

i also drink muscle milk, which is pretty good, especially w/ the vitamins and such

i drink a ton of lactaid. it sucks b/c i spend so much money on it, but at the same time, it's great!

what do you guys eat between meals?
