I aint got a bf measurement but Im guessing below 10%...Maybe 9% I literlly ahve no fat on my stoamch and lower stomach.
i want to get to 155lbs but no more fat or minimal
I am carb depleted so really at least 140lbs with carbs in me or more?
so thats 15lbs lbm + some carbs?
Starting yesterday 8/2/10
When would you set this goal for?
MY goal hes 5'11 155;bs
1/4/10 pushing it?

listen, if you're 135 at 5'10, the LAST thing you need to worry about is getting fat.
Drink a gallon of milk/day, eat as much as you possibly can. Focus on doing heavy compound movements in the gym.
135 at 5'10 looks like a starvation victim (just being honest, no offense) and 155 isn't much better. Don't stop till you hit 180-190 at least. You'll love how strong you'll get, and if you are lifting heavy, fat gain will be minimal.
Fat is easy to lose anyway

last summer i went from 145-160 in about 3 months. I had a nice pudgey gut tho... so probably more than 3 months lol

Your goal sucks and you aren't 10% or 9%. Even if you were shredded, which it sounds like you aren't, you wouldn't be that low at your weight. You're probably 15-20%, which I guess without even seeing pictures. And, either way, you're not putting on 20 pounds by April... your entire ****ing life you haven't put on anything already, clearly you don't know what you're doing, but even if you did that is a unrealistic goal.

wait you have no fat on your stomach/midsection but u have 9 percent bf? where do you store the most fat?
If you naturally dont carry alot of fat, then I wouldnt worry about gaining more fat when I bulk up if I were you, cause it most likely wont. I dont think your goal is too far unless you want his cuts/shreddedness, I think that would depend on what you look like now, If you are close to looking like the guy in your video I say it wouldnt take too long and you wont put on much fat.

when i first started lifting seriously i was around 5'8 135. got up to 160 in about 7 or 8 months. lifting is only a small part of it though, most of the battle is eating. on one hand you should try to eat clean, but on the other hand you're trying to put on as much weight as you can so don't worry if your diet is not perfect. youll gain a bit of fat because its inevitable, but that shouldn't be your concern right now.
also, if i'm reading your dates right you're asking if you can put on 20 lbs in 2 months without gaining any fat. i'm gonna say probably not, maybe you can do it on a real dirty bulk but if you're 5'10 135 i'm gonna assume you're an ecto and your body hasn't ever put on that much weight that fast. don't be discouraged if it doesn't happen, be patient and keep on working.
