Recomposition Help - Went from 250 to 185

    Hi Guys,
Thanks to anyone for reading this in advance. Any feedback / advice would be appreciated.
I did a search for re-composition - didn't see a guide for home based (also search shows oldest results first, from all forums - trying to read through)

Was very fat most of my teenage years etc.
Got on a strict diet, went from 250 to 185 @ 16% body fat (5' 11" - measured this am as per escali scale - I don't trust body fat reading)
Have excess body fat hanging around - belly / stomach area being the biggest culprit.

Small business owner here (2 separate businesses / startups) limited scope of going to gym (distance / time issue).
Weights / gym is not really feasible now.
Currently take "natural" probiotics & protein - idk mental piece of mind
Try to maintain as much high protein low carb diet as possible daily w 1 cheat day
Boxing Gym opening up close by in 14-30 days - I plan to join that.

    Goal: 185lbs @ 10-12% body fat (ideally 10%).
I'd like to re-comp while staying at current weight. (not sure if I have to cut lower then bulk up or can just re-comp?)
Any home based workouts / recommendations etc?
Have pull-up bar / perfect push up handles and kettle bell at home (55lbs).
Can do 50 on 1st set for kettle bell - not seeing any results - scale or pics or pant size.

Can post images if interested or would be helpful.

Hmm. Not being able to lift weights will make your goals extremely difficult to achieve. Why do you plan on joining a boxing gym but not a gym where you can lift weights?

    Location / interest / time.

Can just walk it out to boxing gym (2-3 mins tops)
Always wanted to box as a personal hobby.
Figured could balance home based workouts with cardio / high intensity workouts with boxing.
