    Talking Help me with my cutting diet.

    Ok can you guys give me a meal by meal diet on cutting these are my main sources of nutrients.

    PROTEIN
    Whey, Chicken Breast, Deli-Style Turkey, Lean Beef, Tuna (water), Peanut-Butter.

    CARBS
    WW Bread, Oatmeal, Rice (Practically any), Pasta.

    FATS
    Mixed Nuts, Peanut-Butter, FlaxSeeds.

    Please do not give me a big lunch during 7am-2:30pm I have school.

    And I dont like eggs, so if your going to incorporate eggs have it be mixed into something.

    This my diet

    Wake up protein shake

    1:30 hours later
    Bowl of kashi cereal and milk

    3:00 hours later
    Protein shake / Fruit

    3:00 hours later
    2 Peices of WW bread / Serving of lean meat / Tomatoes / Mustard / Mayo Olive oil sandwhich

    3:00 hours later
    1 Cup greek yogurt / 1/2 cup blueberries / Tablesppon honey
    15 almonds

    3:00 Laters
    Same Sandwhich
    Fruit

    Bedtime 12oz milk/Scoop Protein

    Very easy takes me about 15 minutes to make all my food for the day ..
