    meal2
    2 scoop ON whey
    1/2 cup oats

    meal 3
    2 chicken breasts
    1 cup brown rice
    salad greens

meal 4 (1 hour before workout)
    2 scoops ON whey
    1/2 cup oats
    1 bannana

    pre workout: 3 scoops jack3d

    meal 5 (post workout)
    2 scoops whey
    1/4 cup of maple syrup
    multivitamin

    meal 6:
    buffalo burger
    1 cup brown rice
    salad greens

What are your stats? That's roughly 3500 cals, seems kinda high for a cut.

I dont think it should really matter bro as long as it fits into your Caloric intake/deficit/macros for the day. Calories in calories out. Its not going to hinder your gains. Eating TOO MUCH will do that to your cut. For example I workout in the evening, take my PWO protein shake w/ gatorade powder for carbs or oats. Then an hour or so later I have a REAL meal w/ more carbs right before I go to bed even. I'm not going to cut those out just b/c its almost bed time

It's all good bro. Honestly I think it's just all in your head. Most of the time it's pretty mental. I know EXACTLY how you feel. As long as you keep up your workout w/ 100% effort and intensity. Proper nutrition w/ adequate & high protein intake you wont deflate sort o speak or lose your gains

I'd say it's pretty damn important. Just as important as Pre-workout, Post workout, and POST POST workout if you know what I mean haha. You need the carbs after an intense workout session so that it can BOOST recovery efforts & to fuel your muscles for the next time you hit the weights!
