You're 6" tall and a 31" waist how fat can your belly be ?
no offense but you are starting to sound ridiculous maybe a little paranoid

the reason why people are or appear to be skinny fat is because they are soft
and don't have enough muscles .

Stick to Starting strength and GOMAD, after 6-9 months you'll have put on a good amount of muscles and some fat .. fat is easy to melt off if you have a good solid base of muscles
and are eating the right foods
who says love has to be soft and gentle ?

personally i like being sore for a few days after a workout. I use it as a indication of when the muscles are ready to be worked again( after the soreness is gone). but when there not sore i still wait atleast 2 full days

I don't have the muscles to look ripped. If I cut I will look like I came from a drought hit country.

It may seem counter intuitive, but if I'm sore after squats for example, I hit the legs again with high bodyweight squats later the same day{get sore real quick}, and possibly the next morning. Pumping blood into the muscles without traumatizing them is better for recovery, and reducing DOMS, than lying in bed. For deads, a light session of goodmornings{even a very high rep set with an empty bar} works the same way.

    Lift well and prosper.

its not muscle soreness, its just the bodypart feeling extra weak, not really tingling, but...its hard to describe, I still get sore, but about three years ago (when I turn 30), is when I felt a different kind of soreness

btw, I dont take supplements and I eat a lot of fish, vegetables and fruits (a whole lot)
