I have had a hard time eating enough my whole life so trying to add mass and just get the results I want from weight training has been challenging for me. I have been drinking Real Mass everyday just to help meet my p/f/c goals everyday. I know when you are bulking you will see some fat gains that may not be to your liking but I am not consuming more than I should and would not consider myself "bulking" so why oh WHY do I feel like no matter how hard I train my legs I still feel like there is a lot of underlying fat? DO I REALLY need to do cardio? Geez! Will this help or work against me? I keep reading conflicting information.
