    Frustrated

    I have had a hard time eating enough my whole life so trying to add mass and just get the results I want from weight training has been challenging for me. I have been drinking Real Mass everyday just to help meet my p/f/c goals everyday. I know when you are bulking you will see some fat gains that may not be to your liking but I am not consuming more than I should and would not consider myself "bulking" so why oh WHY do I feel like no matter how hard I train my legs I still feel like there is a lot of underlying fat? DO I REALLY need to do cardio? Geez! Will this help or work against me? I keep reading conflicting information.

    Your statement confuses me - you mention you are 'aiming to gain' and that you 'can't eat enough', yet you frustrated about not 'losing fat' off your thighs?

    What are you aiming to do? Gain muscle or lose fat?
