    Decent tilapia ideas?

Have never tried it, bought a bunch today. Also bought some of those japanese bread crumbs. Heard it was a lot different then salmon so figured I would double check before ruining it.

    You mean fish tilapia?

Throw it on a hot pan on high heat with a tiniest bit of olive oil and when starting to get golden brown (on both sides) eat it. Don't overcook it. It'll be ready in few short minutes.

Lemon, pepper and salt are all delicious optional additives to this "recipe".

Applied pre, post or during cooking?

I take a trick that works for salmon and apply it to talapia. Sprinkle splenda and cinnamon on before baking. Yum.
