keto question
I am 260, i dropped 30lbs on a high protein(250 +), low carb(<100), recently was advised to switch to a ketogenic diet. i get its a high fat low carb thing, just not real sure about the proper amounts i should be taking in. the past couple of days I've taken in 200 grams of fat, less than 40 grams of carbs, and over 300 grams of protein. That also means i took in about 3000 cal. am i doing this correctly or all wrong? trying to get to 180-200 solid. i need some good advice. help me out.

looks great, but you could lower the protein to 1x your lbm if you wanted, but nothing wrong with 300!

I agree w/Ricky. Without knowing you bf%, I would say drop your protein by 50g (200 cals). That should put you at 2760 cal. If you start losing then keep it the same until you stall and then drop the protein a little more until you are around 200g. At this point if stall again, then drop the fat a little at a time trying to keep your macros about 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs.
