What happens if you take White Flood and then don't work out?

I took WF expecting to leave work and go to the gym, and then got stuck at work. I know nothing bad happens in particular, but does anyone know specifically what happens? I don't mean physically, I mean how does the supp get used if you're not working out - does it get stored in your muscles, urinate it out, etc.

I've never taken white flood, but I did use a tub of N.O. Xplode. Took two scoops, went to the gym, but it was closed due to inclement weather lol. light snow in louisiana, so everything shuts down. But nothing happened, like crash wise, it just wore off. I would imagine that the ingedients in WF just like in Xplode would just take longer to leave ur system since you didn't workout.

I had to go through this once as well. Just drink a lot of water and it should flush it out of your system. Otherwise enjoy the energy!
