4x6 30lbs on each side
Incline dumbell curl
3x10 25 dumbells
Cable Curls
3x10 heavy as i can handle for 10
Bicep Isolations
20 or 25 dumbell
3x15 each arm
reverse grip pullup to failure at the end
now for tri
Close Grip Bench
Heavy as i can handle
4x6
Push down super set with REverse Grip pulldown down
3x10 heavy as i can for 10 reps perfect form
Skull Crusher super set with Close grip and STanding Curl
20lbs on each side
4x6 skull crusher
failure close grip
10 curl
Tri kick back
2x10
15 lb dumbells
I literally just wrote it up for tomorrow... Tell me what you think and help me improve it if possible.

Do starting strength or SOMETHING, but for the love of god don't turn into a curl junkie.
