    Smile Mass-gainer with low sugar and carb (reps)

    I'm looking for a Mass-Gainer/MRP that is low in sugar and low in carbs so that I can take it daily as meal replacement, something with added glutamine, aminos and such. I heard Pro Complex Gainer was great, MHP Up your mass was great. So far Pro Complex and Lean Body Mass have low sugar and carb content with 60g of protein. Anyways reps to all, I'm looking to consume this two-three times a day with my 3 whole food meals to hold my calorie balance.

    I wouldn't worry much about glutamine.

    You could just ad flax seed oil (or other omega-rich oils) to your protein shake. Ad some 2% milk and you are good to go. Ad bananas if you want even more calories.

    I have nothing against weight gainer shakes, but most of them are going to be some form of carb mixed in with protein.

    Best MRP is to make your own as most are packed with sugars and carbs. As the guy above said, take your standard protein shake, add milk, and some fruit and stuffs.

    Oh ok you guys are right home made is better than to buy a mass-gainer. Either way alot of mass-gainers are pretty cheap so it isn't bad. $33 range for a 15-20 serving of 50-60g protein 80-120g carb not bad. No problem I'll still try a mass-gainer to see how it is you know for conviency on the run or so.

    You are red, your reps don't count.

    Anywho most mass gainers are a lot of carbs with protein and low fats. You can get lower sugar ones (real gains) but carbs is where a lot of the calories come from...

    well if you want a rather low carb mass gainer you could get a protein like syntha-6...not neccessarily that one but with a similar profile. around 200 calories 22 grams protein, only 16 grams carbs. So you can adjust depending on your caloric needs.

    You could do two scoops and then add like a serving or two of some sort of oil, like a nut oil, olivie oil, etc. etc. 2 servings syntha 6 and 2 servings mac nut oil would give you about 650 calories if you mix with water...mix with milk and you could add a ton of calories.

    ^ This is good too. Higher cal protein + Oil (Olive/Flaxseed etc) + PB ... blend it all up

    I personally love Iso-mass extreme gainer by ultamite nutrition. Ive gone through 1/2 a 10 lb jug and its been pretty decent at putting weight on me. Its a great complex carb gainer that doesnt use a bunch of maltodextrin for the carb source. Also It has a healthy fat blend and added kr-alkylyn. Its a bit expensive but I got BBing.com to price match another store.
