lol you dont even look like you lift. your skinny-fat, the only people who should be questioning my stats are people who have a squat stat up. If you dont even know what your own squat is then you really have no right to say anything. the only reason i posted a pic of my quads, and am gonna post a video is because the guy that asked me is reputable. if your not a serious lifter or bodybuilder...go away
didnt you read anything retard? i said im going to put a video up by tuesday? at least read the damn forums before you post. go away.
i think we can agree on this at least!Last edited by wolfnick2006; 04-17-2010 at 09:41 AM.

bro youve guys have actually made me feel good. im gonna go for 405, and if i dont make it ill hit 385. but ive gotta wait till monday, i did legs yesturday and i need time to heal.
please deal with the other sharks though that are not reputable.
if people who have no stats up keep questioning me, im not gonna do it. as long as i get questioned by people whove got stats up, i dont have a problem with that. at least they are the real lifters/bodybulders.Bench=155x10

well if you look at trends, they kinds prove themselves. the traits ascribed with each ****type are pretty statisticly signifigant across the board. in that they almost always prove the theory of ****types, but you are correct. it is still only a theory, and not ever been proven 100% of the time.Bench=155x10

I would love to see nickwolf2006 post up a vid. not saying that i dont believe him (tho i find it HIGHLY unlikely) that you could squat that much weght for that many reps. if you think people are talking sh*t, then post up a vid and shut everyone up. you arguing that you can doesnt mean anything. post up a vid and end it...
its just hard to believe that someone with a 155 lb bench could squat that muchYou heard it here first.

In for the video of this douchebag confusing the 5 lb. plates for the 45, proceeding to rep out quarter squats of 50 lbs. on the Smith Machine and then asking for funds via PayPal.
Negged for not even making up stats that are remotely believable.
Nice pictures of your quads BTW; they look about as big as my forearms. Must have a strong ratio of Type II muscle fibers in order to squat 425 96 times or whatever you're claiming...I REP BACK (1K+); please write "REP BACK" in comment.

im going too on tuesday, my leg day is then. im glad you all have taken an intrest in me
but im only doing it for the people who have lifting stats up, as i feel that they deserve an answer. if you dont have squat stats up, don't comment your just garbage.
lol smith machine ive never used a smith machine in my life, and if you read what i said earlier you wouldnt have to post retarded comments up here, but i fear you probobly have a hard time with that.
lifting heavy is all mental, its only minorly physical youve gotta push yourself hard. and see your self doing it. i would love to have other higher lifts, but my injury's prevent me, not on squat though, i feel like ive got a decent squat for my weight. oh and if your squat is low, its probobly because your core is weak from using the leg press, or not being motovated enough to push yourself.
~~~what i posted earlier if your to stupid to go back and reread the whole thing
1) This squat is parallel to the floor, not 45 degrees, not ass to the ground
2) These are my winter bulked up stats, when I was 180lbs.
3) My other lifts are low because I had an injury years back, actually two injurys, I dislocated both my shoulders at seperate times. any ways i went to several doctors, tried lifting, and failed miserably. My shoulders would dislocate if i went over certain weights, so i was forced to go light with my upper body for 3 years. my only saving grace was my legs, i could still go heavy as i wanted. Im finally getting strength back in my shoulders now after 3 years of light weight. it was so bad i couldnt even hold a 20lb weight parallel with out my arms popping out.
4)my current squat is still respectable even while dieting, im still pushing 385-405 for 12 depeding on how i feel.Last edited by wolfnick2006; 04-17-2010 at 03:29 PM.
didn't I call out this claim on page 1? thought this thread died, you realize he's going to post a video of him in some squat machine/sled doing 405x12
and an injury that prevents you from doing heavy dead lifts but you do heavy squats? i guess both lifts don't involve the same set of muscles and a hip drive? From my experience, a heavy squat is much more dangerous than a deadlift. I'm assuming you're also doing this raw too? Seriously, that number is elite/olympic level strength, your overall body would be much bigger and defined at a 425x12 stat, I don't care if its the offseason unless that "offseason" was 10 years and 100lbs ago.Eat Clean Snatch & Jerk
... and I didn't even boldface your minor grammar mistakes. You're three notches below stupid.
Stop yapping and post a video. Make sure there is a witness; we don't want you attempting to pull that BS with the fake plates.
BTW, lifting heavy is "all mental" with the exception of the fact that your neuromuscular system must be properly adapted in order to effectively handle the weight being lifted, so I'm going to put myself out on a limb here and say that it's at least 95% physical.
Just STFU now and save yourself further embarrassment.
425 x 12 my ass...I REP BACK (1K+); please write "REP BACK" in comment.
