Thats pretty much it my man...
As long as your lifting heavy, being consistent and diligent with your cardio and spot on with your nutrition and diet then there isn't much else you can do my man.
Proper intelligent and healthy supplementation can help accelerate your results but nothing replaces the fundamentals that are essential to success in this game. Consistency is the key and the perseverance to continue on a structured path until you get where you wana be my man.
I hope this helps as I realise you're after more specifics but there's nothing anyone can tell you that will change any of the above!

totally true, unlike other body types, we can add more carbs when dieting, because we need less protein to hold on to muscle. our bodyies naturally hold on too everything, so we can relax a little while dieting. as long as we dont go over calories. Im a true endo, and have had the most success on cuts where i add lots of carbs, and protein. ive tried the low carb high fat approach, and i dont lose weight as fast as with high carbs....weird huh!

No offense brah, but you don't look like an endo at all. You look more meso than anything. Your body is not shaped remotely like an endo. AKA, your waist is too small and your shoulders too wide..on top of it, your bones look to be a lot smaller than an endo, such as myself.

I'd love to have a 4,000 calorie metabolism. I usually don't want to stop eating until I feel sick (TERRIBLE habit). I'd eat decent for the first 2,000 and get my protein in, then hit the smashburger to get my extra calories. I think I may be a combination of ecto and endo. I have the endo metabolism and I would say more ecto bone structure since my waist has potential to be fairly small and my wrists are on the dainty side, lol.

What you said is pretty much it. I've found what worked for me is really hammering the cardio. I'm cutting again and I do it at 530am and 4pm. I also do the gym 3 days a week at noon.
I will say bulking for the first time really added mass for me quickly. The worst part is the last fat to go is my lower stomach and love handles.I Rep back always. Put it in comment.
500+ will 100% get repped back.

uh, i have an ecto friend, and while I'm endo, I wouldn't want his body type at all. Sure he can eat like a garbage disposal and not gain weight, but he's weak as hell and can't gain mass.
I can gain and lose at ease, it's not "hard" to lose fat. Rather, losing body fat is much much easier than gaining lean tissue, especially for an endo. Just don't eat as much? Durr?Eat Clean Snatch & Jerk

Just a link on body types http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...endomorph.html
Diet is at least 80% of the game and no workout routine will compensate for a crap diet. T

yeah, its kinda crazy. if your true endo, i know it goes against dieting standards, but try and take out some fat and add a little more carbs in. we might be the only body type to have the advantage of actually maintaing the most muscle on a cut, and possible gaining some? I though i was carb sensitive for years. i dieted low carb for years! under 15 per day. then i realized how stupid i was. you dont really lose fat just because of low carbs. you need to lower your caloires. i was lazy, i didnt want to count. now i do, and its like when i diet, i actually gain muscle, alomost as much as in the offseason. i stay around 100-200 carbs per day, and have a relax meal every 3 days or so. my diet is on point, with like 1500 calories a day give or take 200, and ive been gaining strength, and muscle mass. so in short i think endo's may have a great advantage when dieting, in that they have the unique ability to hold onto muscle while they drop bodyfat. dont get me wrong, its moderatly hard for us to lose bodyfat, its just that when we do, we wont lose as much muscle. my theoryBench=155x10
