It's sort of a reoccurring thing .. usually when it gets bad, I just rest any type of bending movement and it'll go away. But I am currently involved in a type of training this month, where I really don't want to rest. So I want to see if there is anything I could do to ease it, and hopefully not agitate it anymore so I can continue my training.
It's a kind of sharp pain in the knee cap. When I start to bend my knee, it feels like it needs to pop/click and that brings on the sharp pain. Then once it does pop, it feels good again. So it's pretty bad on any type of squat, lunge type movements.
I'm not too sure on the type of injury this is, but are there any things which I could do to not make it any worse? Anti-inflammatory, ice etc.?
Thanks !!!
