    Help with supplement

    hey.. I was hoping for some advice about my supplements. I take Superpum 250 before my workout and when I get back from the gym, I have my Isopure 3000 and the Complete Whey. I wanted to know what else i could combine with my supplements, or better products. Thank you.

    I would look into a multi vitamin, some fish oil and possibly a creatine product to add to your stack. Allmax makes some quality supplements you can look into. I would highly recommend Isoflex over Isopure as well.

    At 6'3 and 170 lbs I recommend getting your nutrition in order to grow. Your not going to grow off of 2,500 calories a day at least you will not make big changes.

    Thank you so much everyone. I donīt know how to say how many callories, but i acctually eat a lot more that an average person, and healthy food. But my metabolism is really accelarated, so as much as I eat, I`m hungry again at every thirty minutes, so i gain weight quite fast, but if I donīt stick to the diet for one or two days, I lose weight as fast as I gained it. Thatīs why I rely so much on these supplements.

    multi and fish oil would be key and you can take sizeon intra workout. it would count as a creatine and it works well with superpump250
