can someone more learned than myself please help me.

I am wondering what are some ways i can reduce the amount of DHT that is produced in my body due to 1: hair loss. 2: prostate enlargement.

    Great info about DHT: http://www.mesomorphosis.com/articles/arnold/dht.htm

You can lower DHT with Zinc, vit B6 and green tee.

Do not try lower it with pharmaceuticals - many people reports big problems with libido, energy etc..
