    if you wanna see some difference in chest i say work the incline big time...a full upper chest makes all the difference...i never work forearms but from doing chest with straight free weights for a while help mine out big time

    of course do decline...but your chest is pretty solid. if you bulked a bit that would fill out no problem.

    im just say do incline first on chest day so you are at 100% when doing it...rather then last when your chest is already fatigued and you wont be able to put up as much weight

    Start squatting, deadlifting, powercleaning, you won't really need much ab work (not saying you shouldn't do it, saying do maybe 1 or 2 exercises as an accessory for squats and deadlifts) but those compound lifts will improve your abs, core and forarms a hell of a lot.

    Edit: Looking good though man. Doing heavy compound lifts and/or heavy ab work will give you the thick look which will make you look even better (no homo).
