    mass xxx or something else

    i am 19 165-170lbs. i bought mass xxx the other day and was wondering if its right for me. im trying put on more muscle. the problem with mass xxx is that i dont know if i should take it or get something else. the guy at gnc said to my brother that it slows down your metabolism so im not sure if i should still take it. also i was looking around on the forums and acouple people said that ON is the same thing and cheaper, can someone tell me a good protein i should take. im trying to get bigger in my chest and arms cause i feel small in that area and im trying to get bigger in my legs. max for squat i could probly get 300-310. bench 140 about.

    What you got is a gainer, not just a regular protein shake. Helps you put on weight. I'd suggest real gains by controlled labs or cyto gainer by cytosport. Universal has a good one too, can't remember The name right Now though

    for regular whey protein On gold standard and myofusion are great choices. On casein for nightime before bed

    Correction, Real gains is by universal not controlled labs
