the scivation ebook on the C.H.A diet states that blue berries shouild be eaten as much as possible. has anybody tried this diet because i love blueberries but they are high in carbs.
would eating blueberries throw me out of ketosis?

Yes eating too many blueberries can kick you out of keto
Jjust eat them sparingly and make sure it fits into your macros.. some ppl say under 30 carbs a day some say 50.
..it may depend on how active you are daily and how intense your work outs are?
I have a handful of blueberries every night with my cottage cheese and I don't get kicked out of keto.
