First off i weight 182lbs and my body fat is around 15%.
I understand sorta that the idea is to take in very limited amounts of carbs the breakdown from what i've seen is
65% fat
30% protein
5% carbs, if thats not right please correct me.
1) What are good carbs to take in and what time of day if it matters?
2) How many grams of carbs a day should i take in to maximize that 5%?
3) What is a good source of fat to take in?
Anything helps. Thank you.

1. carbs from veggies and spread throughout the day. def no simply sugars.
2. tbh, as little as possible works for me. I eat alot of veggies and i get about 30g a day from it (majority fiber which don't count towards total day intake). More then enough for me.
3. all fats are ok. But honestly get the fats from solid foods like red meats as opposed to a spoon of olive oil...every fat on keto is good fat :-/
take vitamins. take folic acid. eat avocados (excellent source of many essential nutrients and high in fat)
