Currently I am using Barlean's Total omega but it is kinda expensive. Is there anything better that I could use? Thanks

Seeing that you are in Toronto, you should be able to pick up Omega-3 supps from your local pharmacy as they often go on sale. You will find that a lot of them, use the same fish oil from MEG3. Same goes for what's in Costco.
On BB.com, NOW's Ultra Omega-3 is good. Ascenta is also a good brand (though priced higher).

You definitely should just skip on supplementing with Omega 6's and 9's because the typical diet provides more than enough of those fatty acids. If you supplement with them, you're just going to make it harder to balance the ratio of Omega 3's in your body.
Controlled Labs Oximega Omega 3 and SAN Triple Strength Fish Fats are probably the two best Fish Oil supplements on this website.
