Dont worry so much about that. EAT RIGHT, gain a lot of muscle and strength which in turn will increase your metabolism so your body will need more calories as fuel. This will keep fat slowly burning. Just live the bodybuilding lifestyle ~ Rubicon

I dont hate anything..Just succumb to temptatation at times..just like anybody else..Like I said.I dont normally eat like that on a regular basis. When I lose it..I LOSE IT..no end in sight till I SAY WHEN!

Went into the gym today not really feeling it,...But ended up picking up the pace a lil
So that was satisfactory for me as i just did any exercise I could get my hands on
Pretty much did Chest/Back/Arms... as arms looking quite beastly as of late. I will give myself a lil credit for that..but not nothing else..Still on the grind and holding tight.

I tried to post the aftermath pics last night and today..But I think my cpu has a friggin virus..as Ive been unable to log on..Arrrrgh. I got on now..dont know for how long though..

Did a Quick Light Leg Workout today..Literally flew thru it. as I busy the whole entire day
I believe my Cpu has a virus so that has me a bit upset as I cant really log on as i want to. Well im on now..so hopefully I can post before it knocks me off
Now we are up to Dogg Day Afternoon and how I set myself back in my eyes Dramatically..I would be depressed for a bit after seeing how i regressed..but I have no one to blame but myself AGAIN...but I will take it for what it is worth...Yeah..still cut a bit..but I took a huge hit.. This would also be times where I would endure some on-going injuries as workout would obv have to be reduced in weight and take a dif meaning

So that is What we have to work with from here on out..People might say they are not all that bad..but comparing them to the week to week progress..it was a major setback for me at that time.I am at least back on the grind again. though I still have not fully recovered..I feel upbeat in that i am coming back into my own despite the 2nd go-around..and honestly have been looking at least Half-way decent..for the Stage that is!"Shadow X-Factor"

I realize that in your mind, looking at the "set back" pics it seems disheartening. So in order to not downplay that feeling, I'll say....ok. But in the other sense, as an objective observer, I really think the severity of the set back is not as bad as it seems. You might not be Shadow lean, but you also aren't trying to get on stage tomorrow. You have time, and if you use the response in a positive manner to stick to your diet this round....you will be as Shadow lean as you want to be for whenever you are ready to step to the stage.
No excuses, just performance...

I will try to go in and do a lil Cardio today...
Been uptight about this stupid cpu issue..managed to get on luckily just now.. so let me hurry and type quick.
All is fine..progress has been stalling alot actually..but im not all that far off...just need to make a lil bit better selections as far as nutrition and a lil training is concerned. Need to step this $ucker up..
TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE!
After looking at it now..it doesnt look as bad..so thats a plus..I have however NOT been able to get back that type of sharpness or conditioning yet STILL up to this point... as I keep stalling ..But im not all that far off now(well at least i think so anyway). WEEEELL like i said Time waits for no one..NO im not trying to get on stage tomm..But that cant mean I cant get on earlier..as that was my Initial plan before I went off..so im trying to muster as much as i can to see where i stand.

The standard have risen here in the Pro Ranks,,So i have to try and set my own standards above them..Thats the only way I know how to operate.. whether it becomes a reality is obv a sign of times to come or not
