Advanced Genetics GP3
Experience the Synergy of Three!
Experience the Synergy of Three! Over 1000 studies prove they help to build muscle and speed recovery - creatine, glutamine and BCAAs. Taken seperately they are effective, but when taken together they work exponentially to build slabs of rock-hard muscle and increase strength and power in record time! ONLY GP3™ delivers all three in a full dose mega-stack with a unique, advanced delivery system - the GP3 Synergy System™
GP3 will:
• INCREASE MUSCLE GROWTH!
• BOOST MUSCULAR STRENGTH!
• IMPROVE MUSCULAR PERFORMANCE!
• promote skin-bursting pumps
• speed recovery times
• promote cell volumization
• stimulate anabolic hormones
• prevent fatigue
• enhance concentration
• reduce muscle breakdown during exercise
• trigger fat loss, especially in the abdominal region
• regulate protein synthesis and degradation
Kre-Alkalyn - is a pH adjusted creatine monohydrate making it 100% stable and aborbable. No loading, no cycling, no water retention! It's like directly injecting your muscles with creatine!
Glutamine-AKG - is glutamine chemically bonded to alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG). The AKG molecule allows for the glutamine to be digested 5X more efficiently! Glutamine is key for promoting massive gains in muscle and speeding recovery.
BCAA-AKG - is branch-chained amino acids (BCAAs - leucine, valine, isoleucine) bonded to AKG. BCAA-AKG are absorbed 5X better than regular BCAAs. They flick the switch when it comes to muscle synthesis and muscle growth!
To get the same results from only 8 caps of GP3, you would have to take a whopping 7 grams of creatine monohydrate, 7 grams of glutamine and 12.5 grams of BCAAs!
How to Use
On Training Days:
GP3 is taken 30 minutes pre-workout (4 caps for maximum results): Kre-Alkalyn® and Glutamine-AKG work together to promote cell volumization leading to massive pumps. Creatine also produces ATP - the energy used for weight training. BCAAa are the primary aminos used as fuel by the body when lifting weights. With these in the Synergy Stack your BCAA reserves are spared - allowing more muscle to be built!
GP3 is taken immediately post-workout (4 caps for maximum results). Kre-Alkalyn® and Glutamine-AKG inhibit muscle breakdown and stimulating growth. Glutamine-AKG and BCAA-AKG activate protein synthesis leading to mega muscle gains and ultra fast recovery.
On Non-Training Days:
GP3 is taken upon waking (2-4 caps for maximum results). Glutamine-AKG boosts your immune system and works with Kre-Alkalyn® and BCAA-AKG to keep your body in a perpetual state on anabolism (growth!)
GP3 is taken mid-afternoon (2-4 caps for maximum results). Your growth is stimulated in the gym, but happens on your rest days. Taking GP3 on the off days will ensure you are creating the best environment for recovery!
FAQ
When do I take GP3™?
For maximum results, on training days we suggest 4 capsules 30 minutes before training, and 4 capsules immediately following your workout. On non-training days, we suggest 4 capsules upon waking and 4 capsules eight hours later. Smaller athletes and women can take take 2-4 capsules per serving.
Can I take GP3 with food?
GP3™ can be taken with food, but we recommend taking it on an empty stomach to ensure proper absorption (especially of the BCAAs)..
Do I have to take GP3 on non-workout days?
Yes – it is important in order to keep your creatine levels up to get the full effectiveness of the Kre-Alkalyn®. As well, the other ingredients help you to repair from the previous days workouts and keep your body in an anabolic state.
Do I need to cycle GP3?
No, there is no need to cycle GP3. It can be, and should be, used continually year round to ensure your gains continue.
Besides GP3, what other supplements should I be taking?
You don't need to take any other supplements when taking GP3. GP3 contains creatine, glutamine, and BCAAs: the essential supplements for growth and performance. It goes without saying, but even with the addition of GP3 it is necessary to ensure you are ingesting the correct amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fat to reach your goals. To maximize your gains, stack GP3 with ALPHA and F-10/DRIVE.
Are there any long-term negative side effects?
Absolutely not! Kre-Alkalyn® is the safest creatine available. BCAAs and glutamine are required by the body for optimal health.
What results can I expect with GP3?
Within two weeks you should notice an increase in strength, power, and endurance. You will also find that it takes less time to recover from hard training. Most users report more muscle fullness by this time and better pumps in the gym.
