    Cool NOW Maca dosage

    What kind of dosage would you recommend for this? I've been taking 2g daily and haven't noticed any effects. I was reluctant to take more because of the "Highly rich in Saponins" that is shown on the label and I read on wikipedia that Saponins were dangerous in high quantities.
