Ive grown up playing sports. Primarily soccer and football. I am now a college grad, with no sports currently going on to keep playing. My question is, would it make more sense to get into a cross fit type gym, or just stick with the standard weight programs i have always done? I have also thought of doing some form of martial arts, (i.e. kickboxing, muay thai, jui jhitsu).
I am looking to build a lean physique, and cut. Not jacked or anything but just well defined. Advice??
