HGH PRO
What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of human growth hormone boosters you have used in the past? Personally, the first thing that comes to my mind is I felt let down, and lied to. Let down because when it comes down to it, the things I was “supposed”? to feel, according to the bottle, or the person selling it, never happened. Stories of raising HGH to supraphysiological levels, levels that can only be obtained by using expensive, and illegal HGH injections. I felt lied to because raising HGH to supraphysiological conditions can result in bad side effects, so why would anyone want to intentionally do this, or promote a product that states it will do it?
This is now a thing of the past. Anabolic Innovations is going to go another route, a route often not seen these days. We’re going to tell… the truth!
What HGH PRO will do:
Promote healthy HGH levels.
Promote deeper and more restful sleep
Increase appetite
Increase strength
Increase recovery
Promote clear skin
Support optimal acetyl-choline production
Control prolactin
Control ****tostatin
Increase fat loss
What HGH PRO WILL NOT do:
Make you gain 20lbs in 30 days J
Boost HGH levels to supraphysiological levels
Supraphysiological levels of HGH can result in:
o Acromegaly
o Decreased strength
o Painful joints
o Decreased recovery
o Fat gain
With the use of HGH PRO, a user can expect to make noticeable gains in body composition, in a short period of time, without the side effects of raising HGH levels too high.
Serving size per Day (4 capsules) supplies:
AlphaSize® Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline (A-GPC) 500mg
GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) 500mg
Proprietary complex 968mg

Green Tea PE 98% Polyphenols (50% EGCG)

So started last night, it wasnt a problem not eating 30 minutes before as I stop eating at about 7 anyway..
I did experience a deeper sleep for sure and felt a bit foggy in the morning for my workout, which I dont usually experience.
Looking foward to tonight and see what happens over the course of the next five days and then overall the next 30 days.Last edited by stars1313; 04-09-2010 at 09:08 AM. Reason: sp

So
this morning had a great arm workout.. last workout of the week before a two day rest (light cardio only over the weekend)
Interesting, my right shoulder is usually sore after workouts.. i attribute that to aging.. but today it hasnt been too bad.. HGH PRO or just placebo.. we shall see next week..

Feeling Great
So had my second dose of HGH Pro last night, and honestly i feel great, well rested, body feels great and head clear, not like the first day. Again, i think the real affect is gradual and will be noticed by Day 5.
Two days of rest will also help and then legs on Monday, use to be my worst part but since last year added 10 pounds and all on legs, which has helped my overall appearance. Five months out from the WBFF Championships so everything will help...

interesting
so last night when I took my dose of HGH.. a few minutes later I had this rush of warmth sweep through my legs and my heart started pumping.... the only thing I did different is I usually carb load and have a cheat meal on Saturdays.. i didnt eat for about an hour or so before the dose.. but the reaction wasnt bad just odd...lets see what happens today as no cheat meal, but second day of good carb load before my 5 days of workouts and regular diet of 6 meals high protein (chicken breast, taliapia, steak and greens..)

So far so good
The HGH PRO has really helped me to sleep and sleep well and deep, I coud feel the difference this morning as my day starts at 4:30.
Today did legs and had great energy and strength...I rely more on form and hitting the muscle as deep as I can get into it... dont risk stacking on the weights and losing form as at 43 dont want to risk injuries...
Legs for example today consisted of
Full deep squats
Lunges
One leg lying hack squat
Hack squat
Stiff leg deadlights
Leg Curls
Leg Extension...
This way I hit legs from all angles... and has helped my legs to grow....

Deep Sleep
For sure my sleep pattern has changed.. i find myself waking up and I just feel great, well rested and when I do sleep it takes me seconds to goto sleep.
Had a good chest workout this morning.. I stick to incline as my key exercise for chest.. in terms of diet.. doing the warrior diet this week... i change my eating patterns weekly to keep the metabolisim going and guessing.. another key area which works for me.

Quick Recovery
Back workout this morning... felt great, lots of energy and strength... one thing that I can definetly say is that my recovery is much quicker... for sure still sore and taking the exact same supplements, but overall not as tired prior to warming up warm ups are quick and easy...
The shoulder is for sure less sore but not completely gone... what triggers it is chest day, but had a much better chest workout yesterday as i was hitting heavier weights as the shoulder felt much better and today it is slightly sore.. So the addition of HGH Pro is having an impact as I don’t believe it healed in less than a week as it has been a nagging injury

I have a bum shoulder too. My rotator cuff is no longer shaped the way it should be and I ocassionaly get an impingement. Incline makes me cringe, lol.
Glad to hear that recovery has been quick for you. It sounds like it might be making it a littler easier to get rolling in the gym if your warm ups are going more smoothly.

So had a great well rested weekend.. HGH Pro is assisting in overall rest, recovery and visually i have noticed an overall denser look to my body.. strange but true.. it could also be that i am training and dieting for a competition but I still have a ways to go Sept 18.. but there is a difference in my apperance.. i will track it and let you all know.
